Q: CAN I PURCHASE SOMEWHERE ELSE INSTEAD OF THE WEBSITE?

A: Unfortunately, No. We only accept orders via website for an easier tracking update to customers.

 

Q: DO I NEED TO REGISTER AN ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE?

A: Yes, you do. Without a registered account you will not be able to proceed with you order.

 

Q: HOW WILL I KNOW IF THE CLOTHING FITS ME WELL?

A: Measurements are provided, please measure carefully to avoid any mistakes. We will try our best to provide accurate measurements.

 

Q:THIS IS MY FIRST ONLINE PURCHASE , HOW WILL I KNOW IF THE FABRIC WILL SUIT ME?

A: We have describe fabric detailing, but we cannot be sure it will met your satisfaction. We can only give assurance due to many positive feedbacks, but this is a subjective matter. If you are a highly detailed person, you may want to stick to offline purchasing.

 

Q: HOW MUCH ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

Delivery charges will be determined by weight of purchase. 
Currently available for local deliveries only. 

Your order will be shipped out within 24 hours (except for weekends)
Delivery by courier , estimated time of arrival within 1 to 3 working days.
